Degrees Offered

We offer:
                - Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) ,
                - Master of Science (M.S.) , and
                - Master of Arts for Teachers (M.A.T)

The department also participates in interdisciplinary Ph.D. programs in:
- astrophysics,
- chemical physics, and
- mathematical physics,
as well as a specialized biophysics track within the physics Ph.D.
There is also an option for a Ph.D. minor in scientific computing.

These specialized programs with Masters degrees are offered:
- M.S. in Beam Physics and Technology, and
- Dual M.S. in Physics and Environmental Science
